Some people love planning exactly how their night should flow, others prefer to handle just the finishing touches. Either way, a perfect timeline is key to a smooth wedding day, so it's always best to have an extra pair of eyes look it over or another head to help you figure things out. I double check to make sure you remembered to include the right amount of time for every little detail you've been imagining since you were little, whether it's the creative sendoff, or solo dance alone with your new spouse in the empty venue.
Once you sign contracts with your vendors, I come in and take them off your plate. My job is to reach out to your vendors a couple weeks before your wedding to establish communication and make sure they have everything they need. On the day-of, I act as the main contact with your vendors to make sure that they leave you to enjoy your evening. I make sure everything arrives exactly when it should, and any issues that might come up are handled quickly and without your knowledge.
A day or two before your wedding, I will be at your service to help you transport all your things to the reception venue. I then oversee setup, following your provided layout sketches and vision boards. I will make sure you leave set-up with plenty of time to get a good night's sleep before the wedding!
The morning of the wedding, I am with you and your bridesmaids, making sure that you stick to your timeline while getting ready. I check in on the groom and groomsmen, pack up all your essentials, and get everyone out the door on time.
Once everyone arrives at the church, I help line everyone up, cue music, and signal when to walk down the aisle. I make sure the groom has everything he needs, straighten your train, and then say a little prayer with you before you walk down the aisle. When the Mass is over, I make sure the photographer has everything and everyone she needs before I head over to your venue.
During your reception, I keep events flowing, cueing entrances, toasts, and dances. I coordinate with your DJ, and adjust the schedule in real time as needed.
After you and your new husband leave, I lead your wedding party and/or loved-ones in packing up. I make sure all your decor and gifts are accounted for, and all rentals are in order.
